Vast Product Image Exporter has a built in support center where you can submit and manage support tickets without leaving the app.

How to submit a ticket

  1. Open the app in your Shopify admin
  2. Click Support in the navigation menu
  3. The support center will load directly in the app
  4. Submit your question or describe the issue you are experiencing
  5. You will receive a reply via email

Tips for faster support

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • A description of what you were trying to do
  • The export number from your Export History (if the issue is related to a specific export)
  • Any error messages you saw on screen
  • Your store name

The more details you provide, the faster we can help.

Response times

We aim to respond to all tickets promptly. If you are on the Unlimited plan, your tickets receive priority handling.

Can I email support directly?

The in-app ticket center is the fastest way to reach us because it automatically includes your account information. This helps us look into your issue without needing to ask for extra details.
