What happens at the limit?
On the Free plan, you can export up to 100 images per month. When you try to start an export that would push you over this limit, the app will display a yellow warning banner near the Export button.
The warning tells you exactly how many images the export contains and what your projected total would be. For example: "This export has 18 images, which would bring your total to 126 (limit: 100)."
The export will not start until you either reduce the number of images or upgrade your plan.
How to check your current usage
Your current usage is always visible on the dashboard. Look for the usage bar that shows something like 75 / 100 images. This tells you how many of your 100 monthly images you have used so far in the current billing period.
The bar changes color as you approach the limit, turning red when you have reached 100.
When does the limit reset?
Your usage resets automatically every 30 days from when you first installed the app. You do not need to do anything. The counter goes back to zero at the start of each new billing period.
Options when you hit the limit
You have a few choices:
Wait for the reset
If you are not in a rush, you can wait until your billing period resets and your 100 images become available again.
Export fewer images
Adjust your filters to reduce the number of images in the export. For example, export one collection at a time instead of everything at once.
Upgrade to Unlimited
The Unlimited plan costs $10 per month and removes the limit entirely. You can upgrade instantly from the Plans page in the app.
After upgrading, you can start your export right away. There is no waiting period.
