How to upgrade to the Unlimited plan
Upgrading takes just a few clicks:
- Open the app and go to the Plans page from the navigation menu
- Click the Subscribe button on the Unlimited plan card
- Shopify will open an approval page showing the $10/month charge
- Confirm the subscription
- You will be redirected back to the app, and your plan will be updated immediately
Once upgraded, the 100 image monthly limit is removed and you can export as many images as you want.
The subscription is billed through Shopify's billing system and will appear on your regular Shopify invoice.
How to downgrade to the Free plan
If you want to switch back to the Free plan:
- Open the app and go to the Plans page
- Click the Downgrade to Free button on the Free plan card
- A confirmation dialog will ask if you are sure. This is because downgrading means you will lose access to unlimited exports
- Click Downgrade to confirm
- Your plan will switch to Free immediately
After downgrading, you will be limited to 100 image exports per month. Any exports you have already completed will still be available for download.
What happens to my existing exports?
All your completed exports remain in your Export History regardless of which plan you are on. You can still re-download them after changing plans.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. There is no lock in period. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. If you upgrade mid-month, you get unlimited exports right away. If you downgrade, the change takes effect immediately.
