How to upgrade to the Unlimited plan
Upgrading takes just a few clicks:
- Open the app and go to the Plans page from the navigation menu
- Click Subscribe — $10.00/month on the Unlimited plan card
- Shopify will open an approval page showing the $10/month charge
- Confirm the subscription
- You land back on the app's dashboard with the message "You've been upgraded to the Unlimited plan. Enjoy unlimited image exports!" and the Usage section now shows Unlimited Plan
Once upgraded, the 100 image monthly limit is removed and you can export as many images as you want.
You can also upgrade without leaving the dashboard: click Upgrade to Unlimited ($10/mo) next to the usage bar. It opens the same Shopify approval page.
The subscription is billed through Shopify's billing system and will appear on your regular Shopify invoice.
How to downgrade to the Free plan
If you want to switch back to the Free plan:
- Open the app and go to the Plans page
- Click Downgrade to Free on the Free plan card
- A dialog headed Downgrade to Free? asks "Are you sure you want to downgrade? You'll lose access to unlimited exports and be limited to 100 images per month."
- Click Downgrade to confirm, or Cancel to keep your subscription
- Your plan switches to Free immediately and a "Plan downgraded" message confirms it
After downgrading, you will be limited to 100 image exports per month. Downgrading also resets your usage counter to zero and starts a new 30 day period from that moment, so you have the full 100 images available straight away. Any exports you have already completed will still be available for download.
What if the Shopify charge is declined or frozen?
If Shopify cannot collect the subscription charge, for example because the payment method on your Shopify account was declined or your store has been frozen, Shopify notifies the app and the app returns your store to the Free plan automatically. You do not need to cancel anything yourself.
Once the billing issue is sorted out on the Shopify side, open the Plans page and click Subscribe — $10.00/month again to restart the Unlimited plan.
Plan changes apply to the whole store
Plans belong to the store, not to individual staff accounts. When anyone with access to the app upgrades or downgrades, the change applies to everyone who uses the app for that store, and the usage counter is shared by all of them.
What happens to my existing exports?
All your completed exports remain in your Export History regardless of which plan you are on. You can still re-download them after changing plans, within the usual 7 day window.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. There is no lock in period. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. If you upgrade mid-month, you get unlimited exports right away. If you downgrade, the change takes effect immediately.
