Export History
Every export you create is saved in the Export History section at the bottom of the dashboard. This gives you a complete record of all your past exports, including their status, image count, and when they were created.
Export statuses
Each export goes through several stages:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | The export has been queued and will start processing shortly |
| Processing | Images are being downloaded and the ZIP is being created |
| Completed | The export is finished and ready for download |
| Failed | Something went wrong during the export |
| Expired | The export is more than 7 days old; its files have been permanently deleted and can no longer be downloaded |
While an export is pending or processing, the dashboard automatically refreshes every few seconds so you can see progress in real time.
Viewing export details
Click View Details on any export to see the full activity log. This log shows every step of the process in real time, including how many images have been downloaded and when the ZIP was created.
The detail page is especially useful if you want to monitor a large export or understand what happened if something went wrong.
Downloading your ZIP
Once an export is completed, you can download it in two ways:
- From the email you receive when the export finishes
- From the dashboard using the Download button in Export History
Download link expiration
Each download link is valid for 24 hours after it is generated. After that, the link expires for security reasons.
Completed exports stay available for 7 days after the export finishes. During that window you can re-download from the dashboard as many times as you need, and if a link has expired, just click the Download button to generate a fresh 24-hour link automatically.
After 7 days, the export is permanently deleted from our storage. It then shows as Expired in your history, the Download button is removed, and it can no longer be downloaded or regenerated. Be sure to save anything you need within the 7-day window.
Email notifications
When your export finishes, the app sends an email to the address associated with your Shopify account. The email includes:
- The number of images exported
- A direct download link for the ZIP file
- A reminder that the link expires in 24 hours
If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder. You can always download from the dashboard instead. Even after the emailed 24-hour link lapses, you can re-download from the dashboard for up to 7 days after the export completes — after which the export is permanently deleted.
